We are excited about our partnership with Investia Financial Services Inc. and IA Financial Group. The transition is mostly complete and overall, we are happy with the switch. Our relationship with you, your investment options and the service you are used to receiving has not and it will not change. We will continue to work with you to meet your financial goals while providing the highest level of service. Introducing the Client Portal Accessing your account information on line has never been easier. We now have available the new secure Client Portal. It offers bank level security and also includes easy to use features such as e-delivery of statements, family linking, and document sharing with digital signing options on certain forms. Many of the features will help cut back on the amount of information you receive by mail and we encourage you to register and try it out. It is important to note our previous on-line platforms, Wealthtracker and Scotia on line, are no longer available for clients to access account information on line. To access the Client Portal you can click on https://clientportal.holliswealth.com/Account/Login. To register, you will need your Client ID number. A welcome package was recently mailed to clients with your Client ID as well as registration instructions. Also, your Client ID can be found on your next statement or can be provided by our office.
